About the Role

The Senior Office Sales Coordinator will work in a fast-paced office environment, supporting the sales team with order management, customer follow-ups, and potential client sourcing.

This is an excellent opportunity for a responsible and meticulous individual with strong communication skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Handle existing customer orders and follow up on shipments.
    • Conduct follow-ups with current customers to understand product usage and identify opportunities for further collaboration.
  • Tender Support:
    • Regularly check tender websites for relevant projects and filter those that align with company business goals.
    • Assist in preparing documentation and organizing participation in tender activities.
  • Potential Client Sourcing:
    • Gather contact information for potential clients and provide the outdoor sales team with details of 10 high-potential clients each month.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset to maintain positive interactions with clients.
  • Detail-oriented and patient, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills, familiar with office software (e.g., Excel, Word).
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
