About the RoleThe Senior Office Sales Coordinator will work in a fast-paced office environment, supporting the sales team with order management, customer follow-ups, and potential client sourcing.
This is an excellent opportunity for a responsible and meticulous individual with strong communication skills to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management:
- Handle existing customer orders and follow up on shipments.
- Conduct follow-ups with current customers to understand product usage and identify opportunities for further collaboration.
- Tender Support:
- Regularly check tender websites for relevant projects and filter those that align with company business goals.
- Assist in preparing documentation and organizing participation in tender activities.
- Potential Client Sourcing:
- Gather contact information for potential clients and provide the outdoor sales team with details of 10 high-potential clients each month.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset to maintain positive interactions with clients.
- Detail-oriented and patient, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills, familiar with office software (e.g., Excel, Word).
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance bonuses.
