Sustainability Expert for Built Environment

We are seeking a highly motivated Sustainability Expert to join our team in the built environment. Your primary responsibility will be to work with building owners and facility management teams to understand their technical requirements, sustainability goals, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective clients to identify key decision-makers and their objectives
  • Work with the Design Engineering team to scope and update project proposals
  • Present project proposals, highlighting benefits, technical capabilities, and how it meets client objectives
  • Negotiate on technical requirements and commercial terms
  • Closing orders and handing over to Field Engineering team for project implementation

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with building owners and facility management teams, generating leads for upselling and future projects, and securing contracts from existing clients for SaaS renewals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of Outside Sales experience, preferably in building services or enterprise software
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, passionate about technology, capable of working independently, and highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Willing to travel to client jobsites within Singapore and Johor Malaysia, preferably having own transport and driving license
