Job Description:

We are seeking an Architect to lead our team in designing and managing building products that pursue optimal user-centric designs for attractive, integrated and sustainable workplaces.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in architectural design management and be able to develop well-designed and functional building products that achieve land and space optimization, balance building performance, maintenance and cost.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out in-house design simulations and conceptual designs to ensure well-designed and functional building products.
  • Develop designs for building products through a deep understanding of customers' needs and evolving industry trends.
  • Provide technical inputs on architectural design matters and guide external consultants to ensure detailed designs and construction meet user and operational requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

Skills:
  • Drafting/Modelling skills: Autodesk Revit (BIM), Autodesk CFD, Autodesk Autoturn, Autocad, Sketchup, Rhino etc.
  • Parametric Design skills: Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit Dynamo etc.
  • Specialised simulation skills: ESD - CFD, Daylighting studies
  • Graphic software skills: Adobe CS etc.
  • Data Visualisation / Analytic skills: Microsoft Excel, Qlik Sense, Tableau etc.
  • Programming Language: C++, C#, Python, Java etc.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Architecture
  • Registered Architect in Board of Architects Singapore would be beneficial
  • Other certifications such as Green Mark Manager/Green Mark Professional/LEED AP, BIM Manager, Universal Design, ABC Waters Design, Design for safety, Universal Design, Landscape Design, Façade Inspection, Wayfinding/Signage Design, Water-sensitive Urban Design, Data Analytics etc. would be beneficial.
