
Customer Onboarding Specialist

As a key player in our team, you will play a crucial role in managing the customer onboarding process within our organization. This involves overseeing new client registration and periodic customer reviews, ensuring that all necessary documentation and data requirements are accurately collected and maintained in line with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the customer onboarding process for new clients and periodic reviews.
- Act as a liaison between prospective clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of reviews.
- Own and drive the annual review process for all clients.
- Coordinate with various teams on activities such as account setup and closure, reviews, mandate updates, operational configurations, and SSI management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in customer procedures and regulations in the UK and under EMIR/MIFID environment.
- Excellent communication skills while liaising with clients.
- Ability to interact smoothly and effectively with multiple internal stakeholders involved in the specs of his/her role, namely KYC, QC, EDD, FC, Legal, Credit and sales teams.
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and internal systems.
- Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
