Customer Onboarding Strategist

As a New Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for our customers.
You will be responsible for setting the strategy and goals for how our products and services reach users, as well as owning a set of new customers to make them successful long-term.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow strengths in product knowledge, consultative promotions, and drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role
- Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently
In addition to these qualifications, we are looking for candidates with:
- 3 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or management consulting
- Ability to reach out to customers/cold calling and help customers add value to their business
