Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations and upkeep of RAN equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve network issues to maintain performance
  • Implement updates and upgrades for RAN components
  • Monitor and enhance the RAN's efficiency and effectiveness
  • Perform RF testing and optimization for Outdoor 4G and in-building projects
  • Troubleshoot, design, and plan RF network coverage using RF test tools like Spectrum Analyzer
  • Perform SYSCON operation
  • Identify network failures, execute corrective actions, report, and update customers
  • Service new UEs, update software, confirm failures, assist in tracking, and remote wipe lost UEs
General Working Conditions
  • Support Project Team to meet project delivery milestones
  • Work with sub-contractors to ensure work quality and timely delivery
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports
  • Able to travel out at sea along Singapore offshore
  • Able to perform standby duty and shift work
  • Able to climb Jacob Ladders

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Positive work attitude and self-motivation
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong team player to work in a dynamic environment
  • Possess 3-years working experience in out-field operations
  • Relevant experience in the mobile network industry
  • Possess experience in commissioning/maintaining BTS equipment
  • Possess Class 3 driving license
  • Experience in RF Testing for indoor or outdoor
  • Experience working in Network Operation Centre (NOC)
