Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and management in a multi-entity environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
