Qualifications & Experience: Master’s degree in Business/Commerce/Finance; or advanced degree preferred. 15+ years of experience in finance, trading, agribusiness, industrial equipment industry is preferred. Expertise in financial regulations, tax laws, and proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and risk management. Proven experience overseeing finance operations, with a deep knowledge of regional regulatory and tax requirements. Proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and leadership finance & trading industry. In-depth understanding of Indian market & suppliers with Indian industry regulations. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills preferably Tamil, Hindi speakers to coordinate with local Indian manufacturers & suppliers. Ability to travel frequently is needed with valid visa. Immediate starters preferred.
