Job Title: Laundry Operations Coordinator

The role of a Laundry Operations Coordinator involves supporting the management of guest laundry services to ensure seamless daily operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections and tagging of guest garments/linen for defects, discoloration, missing accessories, etc.
  • Follow established procedures for checking, washing, drying, pressing, and packing guest laundry.
  • Maintain a clean and organized laundry facility and counter area.
  • Assist with daily counter operations and tasks.
  • Verify accuracy of payments received and reconcile with daily cash reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in laundry services is highly desirable.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) are essential.
  • Proficiency in computer applications is necessary.
  • A confident, friendly demeanor and excellent grooming standards are required.
  • Able to work independently and be hands-on to learn operational processes.
