Job Title: Laundry Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Laundry Operations Coordinator. This position is responsible for assisting the laundry manager in ensuring the efficient operation of guest laundry and collection counter.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong leadership qualities. They will also be computer savvy and able to manage production effectively to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Assist the laundry manager in daily operations of guest laundry and collection counter
  • Detailed checking and tagging of guest garments/linen for defects, discoloration, missing accessories, etc.
  • Follow established job processes as stated in the Laundry Procedures - checking, tagging, washing, drying, pressing, and packing of guest laundry
  • Manage and ensure the cleanliness of the laundry plant and counter
  • Carry out daily counter operations and duties
  • Ensure accurate payments received tally with daily cashier reports
  • Provide direct customer service and resolve issues efficiently
  • Other responsibilities may be delegated or stipulated by the manager
Requirements:
  • Preferably with laundry experience
  • Good command of English in both verbal and written communication
  • Computer savvy
  • Confident with a pleasant disposition and well-groomed
  • Friendly personality and meticulous working attitude
  • Willing to learn operation processes and work independently
  • Ability to operate and manage production to achieve KPIs
