A Financial Leadership Role for Fund Finance Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as a Senior Associate/Assistant Manager in the Real Estate Fund Finance department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management, leadership skills, and expertise in fund finance operations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced finance professional to take on a challenging role in supporting the growth of our global investment platform. As a Senior Associate/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily finance activities, including general ledger, journal entries, and financial close processes across multiple entities (funds, investment vehicles, SPVs).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily finance activities, including general ledger, journal entries, and financial close processes across multiple entities (funds, investment vehicles, SPVs)
  • Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements, fund NAVs, and management reports
  • Support the generation of investor reports and performance dashboards, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
  • Coordinate with external auditors, fund administrators, and tax advisors on statutory audits and regulatory submissions
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fund finance operations
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
