Delve into a world of strategic problem-solving as a Business Systems Analyst, where you will embark on an exciting journey of process optimization and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to inform system development and enhancement.
  • Provide expert consultancy to align business needs with industry best practices, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Model current processes, identify gaps, and recommend targeted optimizations to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enhance functionalities for both new and existing solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as the primary liaison between development teams and customer representatives, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Present tailored solutions to clients, showcasing your expertise and presentation skills.
Testing, Deployment & Prototyping:
  • Contribute to test plan design and execution, ensuring high-quality systems that meet client expectations.
  • Support during system deployment phases, providing technical guidance and assistance.
  • Assist in the development and testing of innovative prototypes, pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
Documentation & Industry Representation:
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation, specifications, and marketing materials, effectively communicating complex ideas to various audiences.
  • Contribute to proposal development and procurement documentation, highlighting the value proposition and unique selling points.
  • Represent the company at conferences and industry events, showcasing your expertise and promoting the company's vision.
Consulting, Legislation & Compliance:
  • Provide expert advice in areas such as billing, invoicing, payments, logistics, and customer relations, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulations.
  • Ensure solutions comply with relevant legislation and industry regulations, mitigating risk and maintaining a strong reputation.
  • Promote the use of intelligent transport systems for improved mobility services, driving innovation and growth.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 1- 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, ideally within tolling, fleet management, or the transportation industry.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or Diploma in Engineering, IT, or Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS).
  • Strong experience in business process modelling, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English (minimum B2 level); Mandarin is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good presentation skills; proficiency in PowerPoint, quotations, and proposal preparation.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and business priorities.
  • Willingsness to travel across ASEAN countries as needed.
  • Experience or knowledge in Road Usage Charging is advantageous.
  • Fresh graduates with a related background or keen interest are encouraged to apply.
