Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Data Governance Specialist to create, control and manage changes to customer's Technical Product Data (TPD) packages in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

This role involves deploying TPD changes to relevant stakeholders for execution, ensuring correctness and completeness of product packages received from customers. Additionally, it requires collaborating with users to define new TPD requirements and updating ISO documents for new customers or changes in TPD requirements.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Verify the accuracy and completeness of product packages received from customers, including TPD and Bill of Materials (BOM).
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define new TPD requirements and update ISO documents for new customers or changes in TPD requirements.
    • Maintain required customer items, BOMs, and TPDs in PLM and ERP systems.
    • Create and control item part numbers, BOMs, and TPDs in PLM and ERP systems.
    • Develop projects in the ERP system for customer Sales orders fulfillment.
    • Implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and deploy changes to next inline Person-in-Charge.
    • Ensure all required information for TPD (items, BOMs, documents) and/or configuration changes are provided and approved by the customer.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions.
  • Good communication skills.
