Job Overview
As a Product Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing product governance frameworks, monitoring and assessing product performance to identify and mitigate risks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure digital products meet organisational standards, providing guidance on regulatory updates and their impact on digital products, establishing and maintaining documentation for governance processes and procedures, conducting regular reviews and audits of product governance practices, and acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on governance matters.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
A successful Product Governance Specialist should have:
  • A strong background in product governance and compliance within the Retail industry.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Experience working with Retail Omnichannel products in a Product Management/Project Management capacity.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach.
