Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily activities and assist residents with daily issues.
  • Promote discipline among residents and serve as a positive role model.
  • Assess, respond to, and handle crises or conflicts.
  • Conduct individual therapeutic interventions based on care plans.
  • Participate in providing comprehensive care for residents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with at-risk youth.
  • Basic processing and counseling skills.
  • Knowledge of common issues and disorders related to trauma and abuse.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
