Requirements:
  • Mandatory: WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP).
  • Minimally 4-5 years' experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and planning.
  • Strong command of adult learning principles and performance-based instructional design.
  • A track record of creating engaging programs in areas like leadership development, change management, customer service, or technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • The ability to turn complex concepts into clear, actionable, and memorable learning experiences.
