We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in delivering sustainable healthcare systems.

  • About the Role

  • The role involves coordinating complex programmes, project management, and team leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering education portfolios, managing cross-functional workstreams, and contributing to research translation into policy and practice.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Research and Education Programme Leadership:

    1. Undertake research related to sustainable healthcare education, system transformation, among others.
    2. Coordinate and deliver education portfolios.
    3. Oversee core academic activities such as timetabling, faculty and guest lecturer coordination, student engagement, and reporting.
    4. Contribute to curriculum development and delivery of teaching across multiple formats.
    5. Supervise and mentor a small cross-functional team working across research and education delivery.

  • Operations and Programme Coordination:

    1. Coordinate operational processes that underpin the successful implementation of programmes.
    2. Manage financial and procurement processes.
    3. Oversee full cycle grant management.
    4. Support human resource processes in collaboration with leadership.

  • Research Translation and Impact:

    1. Contribute to academic publications, technical reports, policy briefs, and thought pieces that extend the reach and application of research.
    2. Support the translation of research outputs into frameworks, tools, and communications for decision-makers.
  • Requirements

  • To be considered for this role, you should have:

    1. A master's degree in any discipline (PhD preferred).
    2. At least 5 years of working experience, including project management and team leadership.
    3. Demonstrated experience in coordinating or managing multi-partner and complex programmes.
    4. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders.
