We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in driving energy transition and delivering sustainable solutions across Asia.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and innovative professional to lead treatability analyses, troubleshoot and optimize water and wastewater treatment plants, and contribute to process engineering improvements. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct laboratory and pilot-scale studies to support troubleshooting and optimization of water and wastewater treatment plants.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment schemes, evaluate treatment costs, and propose practical wastewater solutions.
  • Manage R&D lab operations, including equipment maintenance, supply chain management, and budget planning.
  • Maintain detailed experimental records, prepare technical reports, and provide process engineering input for plant upgrades.
  • Support commercial teams with technical clarifications, monitor and troubleshoot plant performance, and identify cost savings opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment, with a strong background in process engineering.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
