Finance Operations Manager

This high-caliber finance role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of financial operations, reporting, and process improvement within a fast-paced and intellectually rigorous environment.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in overseeing financial operations and reporting for multiple offices, as well as coordinating with accounting teams and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, performing variance and cash flow analysis, and supporting audits. Additionally, the successful candidate will develop internal reports and contribute to process and system improvements in finance operations.

  • Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting; CPA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of local accounting standards, foreign currency transactions, and US GAAP.
  • Proficient in Excel (advanced skills required); Workday experience is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working across teams and time zones.
