Localization Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee end-to-end localization projects. This role is central to ensuring quality and cultural relevance of products and content for diverse audiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, with the ability to manage workflows, align stakeholders, and ensure timely deliveries.

  • Develop and maintain scalable localization workflows, ensuring efficiency and quality at every stage.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, quality assurance, and engineering teams to integrate localization into the product development lifecycle.
  • Track project progress, manage timelines, and resolve blockers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Support on game localization or proofreading/quality assurance of Traditional Chinese texts.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing localization projects and teams, preferably within the gaming industry.
  • Deep understanding of localization tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail, particularly in quality assurance processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
