We are currently seeking talented professionals to join our team. As a Local Coordinator, you would be responsible for managing Language Data Analysts, ensuring that both accuracy and output are up to our client’s standards and requirements. The project you would be working on involves the improvement of a major Virtual Assistant through data collection and labeling and you would be a key element in our Singapore office.

**Job Duties**

As a Local Coordinator, you will start off by training in transcription and grading tasks. You need to be very familiar with the guidelines and rules in order to provide assistance to the people you will be managing. You’re responsible for:

- Ensuring security and confidentiality requirements are adhered to
- Onboarding new Language Data Analysts
- Training, monitoring, leading, and managing a group of 20-30 Language Data Analysts
- Communicating progress and output to the client
- Updating existing procedures
- Identifying ways to efficiently train new and retain existing staff
- Excellent listening, reading and speaking skills in English
- Ability to lead and manage a large number of people
- Ability to work under a lot of pressure
- Great organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- College Degree and above preferred
- Knowledge on how to work with iOS software
