Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead our procurement efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, negotiation, and supply chain management.
About the Role:
The Senior Procurement Engineer will support the Procurement Manager with procurement KPIs, generate reports, and collaborate with the Quality department and suppliers for RTV arrangement.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing processes using ERP systems.
- Manage RFQ, sourcing, evaluating sources, examining bids, and making awards.
- Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with warehouse, production, project, finance, and quality teams.
- Resolve supply issues that could impact production timelines, project deadlines, or costs.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience under direct procurement in precision manufacturing or assembly production environment.
- Skills: Negotiation, Ability to Work Independently, Inventory, ERP, Purchasing, Procurement, Project Finance, Team Player, Assembly, Pricing, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.
