Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our procurement team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring reliable supply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
  • Conduct regular supplier calls and internal meetings weekly and bi-weekly
  • Conduct regular supplier performance reviews to assess capabilities, quality, and delivery reliability
Procurement & Sourcing:
  • Identify and evaluate new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and risk management
  • Monitor and mitigate supply chain risks, including component shortages, disruptions, or geopolitical factors
Supply Chain Coordination:
  • Coordinate with supply chain planning teams for timely delivery of materials and manage lead times
