Job Title: Interior Designer

 

About the Role:

At our dynamic and innovative organization, we are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our creative team in the Woodlands North Region. As an Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual aesthetics and functionality of residential and commercial spaces.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and design requirements
  • Generate innovative design concepts and mood boards that reflect the client's style and preferences
  • Prepare detailed design plans, floor layouts, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design ideas
  • Select and source suitable furniture, fixtures, finishes, and décor to bring designs to life
  • Coordinate with related departments to ensure successful implementation of design plans
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and industry best practices

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in the commercial sector
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creative vision
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Coohom (3D)
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities
  • Keen eye for detail and passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces
  • Able to work collaboratively with clients and team members
