We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Market Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research for the Philippines, providing regular and actionable insights to both the local team and headquarters.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and provide insights to guide global product and marketing strategies.
  • Product Optimization: Focus on data-driven improvements and user experience enhancements for our current product features and flow.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive production growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Analytical Expertise: Utilize strong analytical skills to monitor and evaluate campaign and marketing channel performance.
  • Market Sensitivity: Stay attuned to market trends and competitor activities and adapt business and marketing strategies proactively.
  • Presentation Skills: Deliver compelling presentations that bring local insights and actionable solutions to regional discussions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with local and headquarters teams across marketing, merchandising, business development, product, and design functions.
Requirements
  • BA or BS degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in product management.
  • In-depth understanding of local consumer market.
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English.
  • Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and manage expectations.
  • Experience in Tableau or equivalent data visualization tool.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL is preferred.
  • Background in OTA or travel-related industry is preferred.
