About the Role:

DIXMONDSG is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts and Administration Executive to join our team in Ubi Road 1, Oxley Bizhub.

Job Highlights:

  • 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)

  • $2,000 - $3,000 per month salary range

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with excellent administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and a strong understanding of accounting principles. Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accounts Department Support: Assist in managing daily operations within the accounts department, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  2. Data Entry: Input financial and accounting data accurately, maintaining high levels of attention to detail.
  3. Invoice Processing: Handle processing of invoices for payments and staff claims, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  4. Expense Claims Management: Verify and process employee expense claims and reimbursements, ensuring compliance with company regulations.
  5. Assist in Inventory management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  6. GST Returns Assistance: Help with preparing quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  7. Monthly Closing & Reporting: Support the monthly financial closing and prepare aging reports, providing insights for business decision-making.
  8. General Admin Duties: Manage routine administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, data updates, billing, collections, and payments, maintaining high levels of productivity.
  9. Payroll Administration: Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and employee payments, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  10. Daily Administrative Support: Provide assistance with day-to-day administrative tasks, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  11. Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist with other accounting or administrative duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: At least an LCCI or Diploma in Accounting, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential; knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin.
  • Attitude: A willingness to learn with a positive and proactive attitude.
