Job Title: Global Business Operations Director

As a Global Business Operations Director, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute corporate strategy and annual business plans in collaboration with the CEO.
  • Lead international expansion into new markets, including market entry planning, team setup, and business development.
  • Build scalable operating models that can support growth across multiple geographies.

Operations & Team Leadership:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and delivery excellence.
  • Manage and coach consultants to achieve high performance.

Finance & Compliance:

  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations (e.g., labor laws).

Client & Business Development:

  • Strengthen existing client relationships and support new client acquisition.
  • Partner with the CEO in high-level client negotiations and strategic account management.

Digital Transformation & Innovation:

  • Lead digital initiatives, including AI automation and workflow optimization, to enhance efficiency.
  • Introduce best practices from the executive search industry to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in executive search, recruitment, consulting, or professional services, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
  • Strong understanding of the executive search industry, especially in Technology, Finance, or cross-border recruitment.
  • Proven experience in international expansion, market entry, and managing cross-border operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; results-driven and execution-oriented.
