ServiceNow Expertise Required

Our organization seeks an expert in ServiceNow to support the implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various enterprise domains. This role involves hands-on development, integration work, and collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow applications across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, GRC, HRSD, ITOM).
  • Develop custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and scripting.
  • Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Perform platform upgrades, patching, and health checks.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems via REST/SOAP interfaces.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation support.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow releases, features, and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Strong grasp of ServiceNow scripting (Client Script, Business Rules, Script Includes).
  • Experience with at least one ServiceNow module (e.g., CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITSM, ITOM).
  • Knowledge of CMDB, Service Catalog, and Access Control Rules.
  • Experience integrating external systems with ServiceNow (REST, SOAP APIs).
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA) & Certified Application Developer is a must; one or more CIS certifications (ITSM, HR, CSM, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
