The Opportunity
We are seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Capability and Quality Management Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for evaluating individual staff performance through regular quality audits, ensuring that all customer interactions meet professional, quality and compliance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate individual staff performance through regular quality audits to ensure alignment with best practices and high service standards.
- Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct thematic analysis examining themes across multiple products, services or processes to identify trends, patterns and common issues.
- Identify training and development needs through analysing data to pinpoint areas of improvement.
- Support in the design of training and development programmes based on organizational needs.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have a degree/graduate with knowledge/working experience of Singapore Insurance. You should also demonstrate an understanding of customer needs and behaviour, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Your ability to communicate cross-functionally, work independently, and multitask will be highly valued.
