About the RoleThis key position will lead the development and execution of strategic priorities for cards and loans business, prioritizing country initiatives based on market specifics and regulatory environments.
The successful candidate will work closely with country teams to identify business opportunities and risks, deploy investment budgets, and manage planning processes including budgets, short-term outlooks, and forecasts.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing annual strategic priorities for cards and loans business
- Working with country teams to identify business opportunities and risks
- Managing planning processes including budgets, short-term outlooks, and forecasts
- Partnering with countries to conduct periodic evaluation of overall business performance
- Developing and managing KPIs, scorecards, and financial metrics for the business by country
The ideal candidate will have a recognized degree in Accountancy/Business Administration/Banking & Finance and at least 6-8 years of relevant experience in the Cards and Payments space. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, as well as results-oriented, dynamic, and self-driven mindset.
Estimated Salary: SGD $120,000 - SGD $180,000 per annum
