Job Title: Senior Contract Specialist

This senior role involves overseeing all aspects of contract administration, from tender preparation to post-contract activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and construction management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Administration: Oversee the full spectrum of contracts administration duties, including tender preparation, cost estimates, and contract agreements.
  • Quantity Surveying: Administer and manage contracts, including progress payments, variations, claims, final accounts, and contractual correspondences.
  • Project Cost Management: Monitor project costs, track changes, and produce cost reports for management review.
  • Value Engineering: Lead value engineering efforts and advise on cost-saving measures.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in contract administration, quantity surveying, and construction management.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HDB standard contract conditions, construction law, and procurement processes. Proficient in contract administration software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Project).
