Job Title: Senior Contract SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Specialist to lead our contract administration team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in contract management, cost control, and negotiation.The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Overseeing the preparation of tender submissions, cost planning, and budgeting.
  • Leading the team in establishing prequalified bidder lists, conducting cost analysis, and awarding contracts to subcontractors.
  • Administering Indemnity/Warranty and contractual obligations.
  • Reviewing and interpreting contract documents with recommendations for dispute resolution.
  • Evaluating and preparing monthly program claims and submitting them to clients.
  • Ensuring proper documentation of additional works, alterations, or design changes.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. A degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Building Services, along with 10 years of relevant experience, is required.Key Skills:
