Estimated salary for this role is SGD $25,000 - $35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
This position involves performing data-entry, printing, filing, documentation, etc. Additional responsibilities include sorting & distributing mail, assisting with inquiries and concerns from owners/tenants, answering incoming calls in a courteous manner, and processing invoices received from suppliers/contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform data-entry, printing, filling, documentation, etc.
  • Sorting & distributing mail
  • Assist in inquiries and concerns from the owners/tenants
  • Answer incoming call in a courteous manner
  • Assist owners/tenants in the application of move in/move out, renovation request, etc.
  • Issue official receipts to owners/tenants for financial transactions
  • Keep record of all financial transactions at all times
  • Review and process invoices received from suppliers/contractors
  • Provide financial transactions summary, invoices, official receipt, etc. to the Headquarters' Accounts Department
  • Maintain stock of stationery supplies and equipment maintenance record for the department
  • Put up purchase requests for approved purchases and verify invoices upon delivery of goods and services
  • Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the department

Requirements:
This role requires a minimum GCE 'O' level or equivalent qualification, along with 1 year admin support experience, preferably in the service industry or residential development. Good customer service skills, fluent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office, is also required.
