Project Manager Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and direct renovation and construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee project schedules and budgets
  • Monitor and manage project progress according to project plans
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
  • Review and approve design drawings and specifications
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Experience in renovation projects is preferred
