Working Hours: Mon to Sat, 8.30am-5.30pm (work on site)
Salary: $5000-$6500

Job Description

• Manage renovation and construction projects from start to finish.

• Supervise site progress, materials, and workmanship.

• Coordinate with relevant parties and ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, safety, and quality standards.

• Conduct site inspections and document defects.

• Assist in preparing shop drawings, project schedules, and reports.

• Support risk assessments and communicate safety measures to workers.

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and workers.

• Handle Variation Orders (VO) and other assigned duties.
Requirement:

• Relevant technical knowledge and experience in construction/renovation projects.

• Strong site management, coordination, and supervision skills.

• Familiar with safety, quality standards, and risk management.
