Job Title: Culinary Innovations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Innovations Manager to lead the development of innovative recipes and products that meet our high standards for quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create new recipes and modify existing ones through experimentation to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Develop and manage sensory panels and testing sessions to gather data and feedback on product prototypes.
- Consolidate data and information for new product specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Formulate new food production standards and standard operating procedures, driving efficiency and innovation in our kitchens.
- Recommend process improvements or changes to equipment or manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and quality.
- Modify new product recipes and ingredient selection while considering nutrition, shelf life, and regulatory requirements.
- Establish product specifications and documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency across teams.
- Confirm product formulations and other information for constructing product profiles, meeting customer expectations.
- Review methods to improve the quality of new baked products and compliance with food regulations during mass production, maintaining our high standards.
- Develop ideas from preparation processes for marketing purposes, driving sales and growth.
- Develop product improvements based on sensory testing and data analysis, delivering exceptional results.
- Facilitate innovation and lead team leaders to implement change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Refine recipe formulation for mass production purposes, ensuring scalability and consistency.
- Review ingredients to meet customer needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions.
- Ability to review alternative ingredients and food preparation processes to meet mass production and compliance needs, driving efficiency and innovation.
- Make recommendations for changes to new & existing food production processes, enhancing our operations and quality.
- Organise and conduct Train the trainer and on-the-job training sessions locally and within SEA regions' production and retail kitchens, upskilling our teams.
- Follow up on yearly refreshment training schedule, ensuring ongoing learning and development.
- Troubleshoot production processes to resolve production, quality, and regulatory compliance issues, maintaining our high standards.
