We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Home Renovation Consultant.

As a key member of our homeowner interactions team, you will be responsible for conducting daily outbound calls to homeowners who have signed up for our services. Your role will involve understanding their specific renovation needs, providing practical advice, matching them to suitable renovators, and liaising with interior designers.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and coachable individual who is eager to deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners and renovators using our platform. You will have excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills in English, a friendly and persuasive communication style, and a genuine desire to help advise homeowners on their renovation journey.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting daily outbound calls to homeowners who have signed up for our services, understanding their renovation needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Matching homeowners to relevant renovators based on their specific renovation needs.
  • Providing friendly and professional responses to homeowner inquiries via chat, resolving issues and concerns effectively.
  • Developing strong homeowner relationships by maintaining regular communication, addressing their needs, and providing a positive experience.
  • Gathering homeowner feedback, concerns, and suggestions to help drive service improvement.
  • Learning about our services, staying up-to-date with the latest trends in the renovation industry, and adding value to homeowners.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to build your customer success skills.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A friendly and persuasive communication style.
  • A genuine desire to help advise homeowners on their renovation journey.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
