Role Summary:

This role requires an individual to provide exceptional guest experiences at our airport meet and greet service. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, providing luggage assistance, and engaging with them to offer any necessary support.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a warm welcome or fond farewell
  • Provide luggage assistance at the Arrival Hall or on standby with luggage trolley at the curbside for departing guests
  • Engage with guests and offer any assistance if required by communicating to the Hotel Operations team
  • Provide additional support to the Transportation team at the airport to enhance the guest welcome experience
  • Recommend and effectively promote relevant services across the integrated resorts that are in tune with the guests' preferences
  • Work as a Command Centre coordinator to optimize the use of manpower and assign jobs effectively, ensuring timely updates are provided to both ground AMG Ambassadors and drivers for a seamless arrival or departure experience for our guests

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:


  • A minimum GCE O/N Level qualification
  • A certificate or diploma in hospitality management from a recognized institution is advantageous
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role
  • Prior experience in a hospitality or tourism-related industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Impeccable grooming standards
  • Exceptional guest relations and communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a 'can-do' attitude and mindset
  • Willingsness to work various shifts, including public holidays

Working Conditions:
