About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd. As an occupational therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in their homes.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting physical assessments of clients, developing treatment plans, and providing training to staff and caregivers on various therapy-based interventions. You will also work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough client assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver high-quality training programs for staff and caregivers on topics such as mobility, daily living skills, safety strategies, and therapeutic techniques.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and implement effective rehabilitation plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress, therapy sessions, and treatment plans in accordance with organizational requirements.
  • Assist in project management initiatives related to clinical practices and training development.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a recognized Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy, full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), and over 5 years of experience as an occupational therapist. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams, are essential.
