Job Title: Python Engineer with Gen AI

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Python scripts for testing and validating Gen AI models.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Python, hands-on experience with Generative AI, especially RAG architectures, and familiarity with LLM evaluation techniques and safety frameworks such as Guardrail AI, Llama.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Python scripts for testing and validating Gen AI models.
  • Build the Guardrail library to enforce output constraints and safety checks.
  • Design validation frameworks for RAG-based Gen AI systems.
  • Collaborate with the AIGovernance team and product teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
  • Maintain and improve existing codebases to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

  • More than 1 year of experience in Gen AI engineering or equivalent experience in AI engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, especially RAG architectures.
  • Familiarity with LLM evaluation techniques and safety frameworks.
