AI Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced AI solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in software development, with a focus on AI and machine learning. They should have experience building internal or customer-facing products with large language models (LLMs) and proficiency in Python. Additionally, they should possess expertise in building efficient, large-scale software systems and excellent communication and mentoring abilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring these AI solutions to life, collaborating on design, development, and deployment. They will also shape the underlying architecture and APIs for advanced systems, enabling Airwallex to scale and innovate in the field of finance and AI.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI-driven solutions to enable growth and drive internal efficiency across the business
  • Implement robust API and system architecture for new AI applications
  • Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to bring these AI solutions to life
  • Embrace the challenges of a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a focus on innovation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in backend software development, with a focus on AI
  • Experience building internal or customer-facing products with LLMs
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Expertise in building efficient, large-scale software systems
  • Excellent communication and mentoring abilities
  • A relevant degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related fields

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and deployment pipelines for AI-driven products
