As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our customers. Your expertise in installation, qualification, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of our equipment will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform on-site installation, qualification, commissioning, repair, and plan maintenance for our equipment
- Provide quality services as per company service guidelines and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Adhere to company health and safety guidelines
- Work closely with service sales in preparing proposals/recommendations to customers
- Collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience preferably in the Life Sciences or Biotech industry with a strong background in engineering
- Automation experience/knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work with limited supervision and with good problem-solving skills when faced with complex issues
- Strong work ethics and able to maintain good rapport with customers and internal team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other ASEAN language is a plus
- Able to travel extensively and on short notice across Singapore and ASEAN
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
