Tailor Operations Manager

A professional with a passion for tailoring is sought to join our team. As a tailor manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our tailor business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and optimize tailor processes.
- Achieve sales targets for both online and offline channels.
- Oversee customer relations and ensure a 360-degree customer experience.
- Manage inventory and merchandise displays.
- Take bespoke tailoring orders from customers.
- Accurately measure and fit customers.
- Design garments according to customer preferences and requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers and the production team to procure necessary products.
- Conduct final fittings to deliver top-quality bespoke garments.
- Manage monthly marketing promotions and customer communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Five or more years of relevant experience in tailoring fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media.
- Specialized skills as a Master Tailor with precision in bespoke tailoring and an eye for design and trends.
