Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tailoring Operations Manager to join our team.
- As a Tailoring Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our tailor business.
- You will be expected to efficiently manage processes, achieve sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and optimize processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets through effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Oversee customer relations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and merchandise displays to maintain a visually appealing storefront.
- Take bespoke tailoring orders from customers and collaborate with suppliers to procure necessary products.
- Conduct final fittings to deliver top-quality bespoke garments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in related tailoring fields.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
