The Third Bridge team delivers a holistic investment offering that sets it apart from other companies in the industry. With over 1,000 investment firms served and a team of 1,300+ employees across nine offices, the company provides 24/7 coverage for its clients.
As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with new, existing, and experienced consultants utilizing internal tools. This involves adhering to strict compliance procedures such as GDPR and PII to guarantee the highest quality of response and resolution.
Collaborating with colleagues from the customer care and network management teams globally is also key. You will act as a liaison between the company and external experts by managing specialist relationships effectively to deliver services to clients.
Your duties will involve resolving customer queries and complaints promptly, ensuring data accuracy, fostering positive experiences for stakeholders, and responding to inquiries through various communication channels.
You will facilitate seamless transitions between internal departments and work collaboratively to achieve and surpass assigned objectives.
We are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of relevant administrative and/or customer service experience, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage relationships with senior executives effectively.
Strong conflict management and resolution skills, flexibility in time management across international time zones, and the ability to work independently are essential qualities for this role.
