We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive tax digitization work across Asia-Pacific markets. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled individual to leverage their expertise and experience in driving synergies with corporate strategies.

About the Role

As a Regional Tax Manager, you will partner with country finance teams, functional heads, and global tax teams to provide tax advice, minimize tax exposure, and drive tax digitization initiatives. You will be responsible for transfer pricing compliance, project evaluation for acquisitions/divestments, tax due diligence, and advising on tax structuring and incentives. Additionally, you will review tax reporting and drive global tax digitization projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transfer Pricing Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely transfer pricing documentation and compliance across the region.
  • Project Evaluation: Assess and evaluate potential tax implications of acquisitions and divestments.
  • Tax Due Diligence: Conduct thorough tax due diligence reviews to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Tax Structuring and Incentives: Advise clients on optimal tax structures and incentives to minimize tax exposure.
  • Tax Reporting: Review and ensure accuracy of tax reporting across the region.
  • Global Tax Digitization: Drive the implementation of global tax digitization projects to improve tax efficiency and compliance.
Requirements
  • Accounting Degree or Equivalent: A degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven Project Management Skills: Strong track record of managing complex projects and advisory engagements.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across cultures.
  • Self-Motivated: Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
