Deliver exceptional tax compliance and consulting services to multinational organizations and their employees, ensuring adherence to global tax regulations and optimizing tax strategies for both the company and its mobile employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal tax return compliance
  • Prepare and review individual tax returns for expatriates ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international tax legislation
  • Manage tax equalisation calculations and hypothetical tax assessments for expatriates
  • Monitor and ensure timely submission of personal tax returns and payments

Consulting and advisory services include providing tax advisory services to clients regarding international tax issues, advising on tax-efficient structuring of employee assignments and compensation packages, and assisting in the development and implementation of global mobility policies and procedures.

Client Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored tax solutions. Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses, and collaborate with clients, HR, and payroll departments to gather necessary information for tax compliance.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in Singapore tax preferred, with a focus on individual tax compliance and consulting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
