Key Responsibilities:

The role of a Tax Consultant entails the preparation, review, and submission of corporate, personal income, and GST tax returns with precision and accuracy.

  • Advise clients on tax implications of business transactions, including corporate and personal income tax, and GST.
  • Support tax due-diligence and advise on projects like share swaps and business restructurings.
  • Assist with GST MES renewal schemes and secure tax rulings or clarifications from IRAS.
Requirements:

A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • SCTP accreditation, such as Accredited Tax Practitioner (ATP) in Income Tax, is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in tax compliance and advisory, preferably in a public accounting or tax consulting environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of Singapore tax regulations, including corporate, personal income tax, GST, and general tax compliance.
