Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our technology recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering high-quality recruitment services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in talent acquisition, client account management, and recruitment delivery. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Source, attract, and assess technology professionals through various channels.
  • Past experience in sourcing Data & AI skilled professionals is highly desirable.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment strategies.
  • Recruitment Delivery:
  • Collaborate with clients and internal recruitment consultants to manage the recruitment process.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication between clients and candidates.
  • Market Knowledge and Reporting:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices.
  • Provide regular reports and market intelligence to internal stakeholders and updates on recruitment progress to clients.
Requirements:

The incumbent must have at least 5 years of total experience in full life cycle talent acquisition/recruitment of active and passive IT professionals and in client account management.

  • A graduate degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or any related field is a prerequisite.
  • Client account management for permanent technology recruitment within Singapore is mandatory for this role.
  • Essential soft-skills include outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, aptitude for learning about various technology tools/systems, and a results-oriented mindset.
Growth Potential:
