Traditional Kopi Service Position

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as a service crew member in a kopitiam environment.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing traditional kopi, teh, soft boiled eggs, and other hot/cold beverages according to recipes and standards. This role involves ensuring cleanliness and proper upkeep of the work area, equipment, and utensils, as well as assisting in stock replenishment and maintaining proper storage of ingredients and supplies.

This position requires delivering friendly, efficient, and professional service to all customers while following food hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in F&B, kopitiam, or café environment preferred, but not required (training will be provided for the right candidate).
  • Able to work in a fast-paced setting and handle peak-hour rush.
  • Friendly, customer-oriented attitude with good teamwork, working as a team during peak hours or when a colleague is on leave/MC.
